Move, stretch and breathe together in this relaxed family session led by MoreYoga, part of Summer Rocks at Wembley Park. Open to all ages and experience levels, it’s the perfect way to start your day with a bit of calm and connection.
This gentle Vinyasa Flow session is designed to get everyone, kids and grown-ups alike, moving, breathing and enjoying time together in the open air with instructor Ingrid Falcao.
Expect simple flows, calming stretches and a relaxed vibe that welcomes all ages and levels. Whether you’re a total beginner or already a yoga fan, this is a chance to connect through movement and shake off the week.
Sessions are on Friday mornings. Yoga mats are provided on a first come, first served basis; bring water, and wear comfy clothes you can move in.
