The 6th Islington Festival of Music and Art will take place at the end of July through to early August: a 10-day explosion of wonderful live music in magical venues throughout the Borough.
Adopting the theme of “the words beneath the sound”, the festival will be celebrating the union of music and literature, exploring pieces of music that took inspiration from poems, novels, plays and folk stories.
The festival takes place in different venues across Islington; some events are free, with others ranging from £15.00–£25.00. All events are free for children, with £10.00 tickets available for under-25s.
Organisers may cancel events, alter schedules, or change admission requirements without notice. Always check official sites before heading to an event.
