How to get tickets for New Year’s Eve Fireworks 2023/4

*UPDATE* All tickets have now sold out, although you can sign up on their website to be notified of a second release.
Luckily, the fireworks don’t happen on the ground. There’ll be plenty of free vantage points to watch from in the surrounding areas.

Watching the New Year’s Eve Fireworks on TV

As always, the pyrotechnics will also be broadcast on live TV and streamed in 360 degrees by the BBC. They say the best views of the fireworks are on TV, so there’s absolutely no reason to feel bad if you don’t fancy shivering with the crowds. The display is broadcast on BBC One, hosted by the usual procession of news anchors and minor UK celebrities. There’s usually some kind of big concert or performance too — generally aimed at older audiences.
