This July, to celebrate the launch of their new Brick Lane pizzeria, Pizza Pilgrims are teaming up with local legends Beigel Bake for the ultimate food mash-up; a one-off Salt Beef Pizza, available exclusively throughout the month at their Brick Lane site.
Bringing together East London heritage and Neapolitan pizza traditions, the limited-edition pizza stars Beigel Bake’s iconic salt beef, layered with sharp English mustard, crunchy pickles, and topped with fresh mozzarella flown in from Naples – all served on Pizza Pilgrims’ signature double-fermented dough.
“Beigel Bake is an East London institution – so teaming up with them for our Brick Lane menu is a dream! Salt beef on a pizza? Turns out, it’s ridiculously delicious,” says Pizza Pilgrims co-founder, James Elliot.
Available only at Pizza Pilgrims Brick Lane for dine-in, takeaway, and on Deliveroo from 1st–31st July, the Salt Beef Pizza is priced at £15. Made fresh daily using ingredients delivered directly from Beigel Bake, quantities are limited – once it’s gone, it’s gone!
