Sense Ability is a 5-week community project conceived as a cultural venue, community cafe, apothecary, and gallery; a deep-listening and resting space.
By day, a freely accessible space for taking a pause and connecting with yourself and your senses, experienced through enveloping soundscapes, scentscapes of locally gathered herbs, foraged herbal brews, selected literature, and local material craft. In the evenings and at weekends the space shifts into an active programme featuring 73 ticketed events of live sound, meditations, workshops, walks, talks, and more.
The project works alongside local and international practitioners, artists, educators and celebrated change-makers to forge deeper awareness and relationships with the living wisdom of the body and the land, engaging with foundational subjects that sustain life as we know it.
Note: Daytime access is free while the evening programme is ticketed, with each event varying in price: please check the website for individual event details and to book.
Venue: The Crypt Gallery, St Pancras New Church, 165 Euston Road, London NW1 2BA
