Feeling blue? Try a swing dancing session with Swing Patrol in the amazing ballroom at Bishopsgate Institute.
Get moving and lift your mood with this fun and joyful dance, which has its roots in African American and Black culture. There are at least two events every month including Bishopsgate Swing Den, Bishopsgate Swing Live and Meet Our Scene.
The evening starts with a beginner lesson and, on special occasions, they have live music from some of London’s finest musicians. Prices vary slightly per session, with concessions available and discounts for booking in advance; see the Bishopsgate Institute website for details.
