The largest yoga gathering in Europe returns to Alexandra Palace. The Om Yoga show has been running for over a decade, inviting people of all levels to come and practice together over three days. If you’re a newbie or just curious to find out more about yoga, look out for over 120 free open classes around the venue – but bag your spot early as they’re on a first come, first served basis.
More experienced Yogis can book more intense, advanced workshops. As well as plenty of time on the yoga mat (remember to bring your own), there will be over 250 exhibitors selling everything from yoga clothing and accessories to retreats and teacher training programmes.

You can get your Om on for one day, or take advantage of multi-day discounts and book all three; tickets are on sale now. Children under 16 and carers get in for free with ticket holders.
