We’re extremely pleased to confirm that one of our favourite quirky events, the Rubber Duck Race, is back this July 31st – raising vital funds for COSMIC charity, an organisation that supports the children and neonatal intensive care units at St Mary’s & Queen Charlotte’s Hospital.
Up to 3000 ducks will be released into the canal and then the race is on for the quickest quacker as they bob 100 metres to the finish line. It’s even more fun if you have a duck in the race; sponsoring a duck costs just £3.00, with the prize tbc – although bragging rights are surely enough.
Organisers may cancel events, alter schedules, or change admission requirements without notice. Always check official sites before heading to an event.
