To kick off the New Year with a burst of energy, Trainline is launching a one-day pop-up – ‘The way to train’ – on Friday 9th January at London’s King’s Cross.

Landing on Quitter’s Day, the day many people are likely to drop their New Year’s resolutions, the station concourse will be transformed into an uplifting space designed to help commuters stay motivated with their 2026 goals and maybe spark a few new ones too.

Throughout the day, a team of famous faces including celebrity chef Tom Kerridge, TV favourite Curtis Pritchard, England Red Roses ace Tatyana Heard and fitness legend Mr. Motivator will host motivational workshops aimed at stopping Britain from giving up yet again. The sessions are free, on a first come, first served basis.
