London’s first and only Uzbek Culture & Food Festival is set to return for its third and biggest year from 21st–22nd June at Potters Fields Park, Tooley Street.

Attracting over 40,000 visitors last year, the free festival is a vibrant celebration of Uzbek heritage, offering a weekend filled with music, dance, crafts, and incredible food.

Highlights include the preparation of 7 tonnes of Plov – Uzbekistan’s national rice dish-cooked live by Guinness World Record-holding chef Bahriddin Chustiy, using a giant pot flown in from Uzbekistan. He’ll be joined by Muzaffar Sadykov, founder of OshPaz and owner of a popular Uzbek restaurant on Regent Street.

Visitors can also enjoy manti dumplings, samsa pastries, hand-pulled lagman noodles, and browse stalls of Silk Road treasures. The festival runs daily from 12pm to 6pm, with stunning views of Tower Bridge providing the perfect backdrop.
