The Bussey Building and adjacent Copeland Park have been home to a diverse community of artists, small businesses, bars, restaurants and cinemas, since the 1990s.
The Bussey Building is a reinforced concrete industrial structure with a red-brick shell which dates from the late 19th century. It was named for Goerge Bussey, a Victorian industrialist and sporting good manufacturer.
