This Victorian pub has seen more than its fair share of makeovers. In its most recent form, the pub has become a legendary live music venue. Since the 70s, a laundry list of rock and punk’s most notorious bands have featured here, including The Clash, The Cure, The Jam, The Stranglers and Joy Division (to name just a few). The famous underground stage has an audience capacity of around 80 people, and regularly fills up.
