Curated in collaboration with UK Black Pride and founder Phyll Opoku-Gyimah (Lady Phyll), this exhibition at Queer Britain chronicles the movement’s evolution from a small gathering in 2004 to the world’s largest celebration for LGBTQI+ people of African, Asian, Caribbean, Latin American, and Middle Eastern descent.
This exhibition will coincide with UK Black Pride which returns to Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park on 10th August 2025.
