To celebrate sake month, experts at Mio will teach guests how to make two sparkling sake cocktails, using their light and delicately sweet sparkling sake which has been brewed using traditional ingredients and techniques.
While you sip, you can nibble on delicious canapés from the Sticks’n’Sushi kitchen.
