Sweaty Betty Live is an annual fitness event hosted by the eponymous women’s active wear brand. Sign up for a day of fashion, food and fitness.
There are four tiers of entry for the event. If you’re feeling more Betty than Sweaty, nab a No Workout ticket for £20.00, which means you can still go to talks and get 25% off clothing too. There are also Single and Double classes, which are £35.00 and £40.00 respectively. Each includes a swag bag of products worth £60.00. The highest tier is VIP, so if you’re feeling flush and don’t like queues then you could splash £70.00 on that, but a double class ticket is pretty good bang for your fitness buck.
Sessions include talks, workshops and classes. Subjects can span from plant-based eating to business advice. Last year’s line-up included Body Positivity and Self Love with writer/broadcaster Bryony Gordon and Love Island’s Jada Sezer. There was also Female Empowerment in Business with Tamara Hill-Norton and Alexia Inge, along with the usual guided meditations, bootcamps, yoga sessions and dance classes.
If you do fancy a bit of a workout, it’s worth putting your name down earlier, as classes book up fast. You can also add your name to a waiting list or purchase additional classes for £5.00.
Organisers may cancel events, alter schedules, or change admission requirements without notice. Always check official sites before heading to an event.
