Hidden away behind a deceptively small entrance, but easily located thanks to the giant mural, is a sun-dappled free-to-enter neighbourhood garden complete with meandering paths, sofas and table seating, a bar/cafe and a pizza oven.
Designed to provide a green space and community resource in the densely-populated borough of Hackney, they have a regular programme of activities and volunteering opportunities. It’s a welcome oasis in the bustle of Dalston and a charming location to just chill out over the summer.
