Boasting a 1200sqm rink and one of the longest running season, Canary Wharf is a great spot to try out your skating. There’s a rink-side bar for the observers and plenty of shopping to be had nearby. The sessions last for 50 minutes and include skate-hire, so be there on time to make the most of your slot.
Unlike many venues, prices are fixed throughout the season at Canary Wharf, with peak times (Dec 11th – Jan 2nd) only affecting opening hours. The only opportunity for a discount is if you book for the first sessions of the day. Adult tickets cost £17.95 for any other slot while children cost £11.95 between the ages of 4-12. Family tickets are available with savings of up to £10. Unfortunately, it seems like there is no concession for students or over 60s this year. Tickets can be bought online with a booking fee of £2.50, or at the box office between 9.30am – 9.30pm on weekdays and 8.30am – 10pm on weekends.
Please note: opening times vary throughout the season, with opening times between 10am – 10:35am and closing times between 8.50pm and 9.25pm depending on the day. During peak season the rink will be open from 10:00am to 8:50pm on Mondays to Thursdays, from 10:30am to 9:20pm on Fridays, and from 10:35am to 9:25pm on Saturdays and Sundays. The period from December 22nd to 24th is an exception with opening at 10:05am and closing at 8:55pm. The rink will be closed on Christmas day.To prevent the spread of COVID-19, many events have been canceled. Always check official sites before heading to an event.
