Dig out a big jumper and spend Sunday in the East End of London wandering through Columbia Road flower market in the winter sunshine.
Offering everything from bouquets to bedding plants and succulents to ceramics, it’s a riot of colour and fragrance. Grab a blooming bargain by pitching up around 2pm as the market starts to wind down and the stallholders sell off their cut flowers for a song.
