Prepare to be a weird combination of inspired, envious and hungry at this year’s Gingerbread city, filled with incr-edible displays (see what we did there?).
This year’s exhibition is held at Westfield London White City, across from the Next clothing store. It’s very cool, and pretty much what it says on the tin: a whole city made of gingerbread, with moving parts and a working train. The theme for 2023 is ‘Water in Cities’ and has five separate zones: canal city, underwater city, floating city, frozen landscape and urban floodplain.
