Forget the January sales on the high street, and head to west London for vintage bargains instead. Peruse original and one-off clothes, hats, accessories and textiles, including millinery, shoes, jewellery, home furnishings, lace, and embroidery. Some items will be more cheapo-friendly than others, that’s the fun of the challenge.
