Replacing the popular London Tree Week, this celebration of green spaces is being held by the Mayor of London’s office in partnership with National Park City Foundation. There are plenty of fantastic events and activities all week long so check out their schedule for the ones closest to you. The Mayor intends to make London the world’s first National Park City by 2019, aiming to make more than half of London’s area green or blue by 2050.
