Head to Elephant and Castle this February for a far-fetched workout featuring your own best friend. Apparently the event was inspired by recent research, which revealed that dogs make great workout companions. The big reveal was that having dogs around improved the mood of the subjects (as if there was any question). Dogs owners are also reportedly more likely to get out and exercise at all.

What to expect at Pawsonal Training

Designed for folks at all fitness levels to improve strength, balance and cardio, you’ll learn a simple routine for you and your pup, as taught by personal trainer Chessie King. The session is scheduled to include agility training, strength exercises and dog yoga. Which we’re guessing is just yoga with a confused dog next to you.

What’s more, you’ll walk away with a free goodie bag. The pouch includes posh treats from Rover.com, Pooch & Mutt and Butternut Box.

Tickets for Pawsonal Training

While the original run of tickets is sold out, you can still register your interest. Additional tickets are scheduled to be handed out then on a first-come-first-served basis, so apply while you can!
