This year Portobello Market is moving to a schedule of winter weekends, with local community groups, retailers, charities and market stall holders. Together, the locals will put on four weekends of performances, market stalls and festive fun. One of the highlights is the New Youthquake market in Tavistock Square for people aged 16-30. The market has aims to utilise unused spaces, nurture local entrepreneurs and encourage community interaction and a celebration of heritage.
The events will take place on the first four weekends of December.
