Power & Glory: Black History Month Photography Exhibition

Alternative Arts presents a collection of the most dynamic and diverse contemporary black photographers exploring history and identity with a series of stunning images inspired by courage, carnival, gender equality, climate change, survival and freedom. The show is a celebration of black culture, demonstrating new perspectives in photography.

Photographers include:- Kenny Alabi, Fatima Ali, Asiko, Chris Batantu, Rio Blake, Samantha Brown, Raymond Daley, George Dyer, Jacqui Ennis Cole, Tzion Essel, Marlan Henry, Elsie Kibue-Ngare, Wamaitha Ng’ang’a, Angela Ogunfojuri, Olufemi Olaiya, Keleenna Onyeaka, Dola Posh, Shainy Vilo.

The exhibition is at Brady Arts Centre, 192-196 Hanbury Street, London E1 5HU and will also be launched online at www.alternativearts.org.uk.
