No, not that type of swinging. This is about as much fun as you can have with your clothes on, though – free outdoor swing dance sessions at Spitalfields Market, run by the fabulous Swing Patrol.
It’s a real community vibe and everyone is welcome to join in, so bring along any interested friends and get involved; it sure beats paying for the gym.
Head to the goat statue in the open area between Liverpool Street Station and the undercover Spitalfields Markets to find the dancing. Check the website for dates.
