The largest yoga gathering in Europe returns to Alexandra Palace once more. The Om Yoga show has been running for over a decade, inviting people of all levels to come and practice together over three days. If you’re a newbie or just curious to find out more about yoga, look out for the free open classes around the venue. But bag your spot early as they’re on a first come, first served basis.
More experienced Yogis can book more intense, advanced workshops. This year’s presenter line-up includes Harriet McAtee from YogaQuota, Maya Fiennes, Lydiana Abbot from KUASAYOGA, Rainbow Kids Yoga and Manish Ramji. As well as plenty time on the yoga mat, there will be lots of stalls selling healthy food and lifestyle accessories. You can get your Om on for one day, or all three.
