Create your own sunshine with This Bright Land, where the courtyard at Somerset House is transformed into a magical playground. Uplifting day-and-night performances, music, dance, talks, workshops and more, showcasing both established creatives and grassroots communities.
Created by Somerset House Studios artists Gareth Pugh and Carson McColl, This Bright Land puts togetherness at its heart. Attractions include a 35m observation wheel, open-air Vogue Balls (staged in collaboration with Vogue Rites), parties hosted by creative collectives and Sunday street celebrations. The festival encourages connection and collaboration through entertainment and play, so go along and have fun!
Black Eats LDN have curated a street food market to ensure things stay hot, serving a mix of East African, West African, Caribbean, American and South American cuisine. Drinks will be available from Somerset House’s courtyard bars.
