Voice of the World Workshop

3:00pm – 5:00pm
£13.00 (advance sales)

Ever fancied yourself as a secret singing star? Prior to taking the stage at the Arsenal of Sounds double-bill concert – also featuring inspiring singer-songwriter Olcay Bayir – Noga Ritter will be leading a vocal workshop for all ages and experience levels.

Participants will connect to themselves through movement, breathing and vocal exercises and to the group while singing acapella songs from around the globe together in harmony. The two-hour workshop (which includes a break) will be led by Noga Ritter, who works regularly for Live Music Now, Barbican Creative Learning and CREATE.

Noga is also a facilitator at Music Action International leading songwriting workshops for children and refugees, and works with ON:SONG leading singing and choir workshops in the workplace. Noga has held workshops in the UK, Israel, Palestine, Argentina, Senegal, Sierra Leone, France and Germany, so no matter what language you speak and what musical experience you have, she will get you making music and having loads of fun in no time.

No previous experience is necessary and it is open to all ages.

If you fancy sticking around for the Olcay Bayir and Noga Ritter concert starting at 7.30pm, tickets for both workshop and evening show are available for purchase either separately or together in a discounted package.

Organisers may cancel events, alter schedules, or change admission requirements without notice. Always check official sites before heading to an event.
