Summer festivals and fireworks night might be two of the main draws at Ally Pally in any calendar year but there’s also plenty going on during the winter months. This year, Ally Pally again has a Santa’s Grotto where kids can meet (and snap a photo with) Father Christmas himself, set amidst festive lights, decorations and carollers.
If you’re making the trip, it’s well worth taking a look at the other winter performances and events on offer. The Victorian theatre is host to Bugsy Malone the Musical and the annual Pantomime on Ice returns (oh no it doesn’t!) with the tale of Rapunzel. The 29th Cazoo World Darts Championships sold out quickly but you can still grab yourself some tickets for a Christmas skate session or ice disco- see our article on London’s festive ice rinks here.
Check the website for times and tickets to the events.
