Rise early and get a natural high at an early-morning yoga class on a green rooftop, with city views. It’s a vinyasa-flow yoga style (where postures flow together, and movement is coordinated with the breath) and is suitable for all levels. It can be a little breezy up on the roof Sky Garden. Note that there are also no shower facilities or yoga mats at the venue.
